It seems like there may be an issue with the installation or compatibility of the Climate Consultant software. It would be helpful to contact the support team of the software provider for assistance in resolving the problem.
I downloaded Climate Consultant 6.0, 64-bit. The app downloads fine and I double-checked that my laptop has a 64-bit processor (it does). But everytime I open the software it shows a blank screen and a lot of key buttons under the 'file' tab are greyed out. Has anyone had this problem happen to them?

I downloaded climate consultant on mac os sonoma. The app opens, but I don't see any graphics, its just clear and I can't interact with the app, or even quit it. The only way to quit it is to unistall it. Is this program not compatible with mac os sonoma? if so is there anyway to still get it to open on my laptop?
